As defined by the Facilities Master Plan for Shannon Elementary School, the Critical Needs Project is a new multi-purpose room.

Full campus replacement of the Lake Elementary site.

Richmond High School Modernization

A full campus modernization project that includes both new construction and modernization of the buildings to remain on site.

Kennedy High School Modernization

A full campus modernization project that includes both new construction and modernization of the buildings to remain on site.

Pinole Valley High School - Fields Project

Completion of the final phase of the PVHS replacement project, which includes basketball/tennis court, baseball/softball stadium, track and fieldhouse.

Kennedy High School - Field and Bleacher Project

This project refurbished the stadium on the Kennedy campus. Major elements included the replacement of the existing bleachers with new visitor and home bleachers, resurfaced the field turf and track, and relocated the tack field events.

Michelle Obama School - Campus Rebuild

Full campus replacement of the renamed Wilson Elementary site

Hercules Middle and Hercules High School - Science Building

The critical needs project for these campuses is a new science building to provide appropriate learning environments for the science program.
